These terms apply to purchases from the Belle Health Shopify store at shop.bellehealth.co, including the Belle Ring, the free Belle Ring Sizing Kit, and Belle Care. The store is operated by Belle Health AI Technologies Ltd. ("Belle", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales with company number 15705821 and registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Orders and acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying for personal use, not resale. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or otherwise begin fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel orders where required by law, where fraud or abuse is suspected, where information is incorrect, or where products are unavailable.

Belle Ring size flow

If you choose to confirm your size with the free Sizing Kit, the Sizing Kit ships first. After you confirm your size, your Belle Ring is hand-finished and ships with the founder batch in mid-July 2026. If you choose a ring size directly, we may fulfil the ring in that selected size.

Prices, taxes, duties, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency available for your market. EU and UK prices include VAT where applicable. For destinations outside the EU/UK, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be payable by you and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping for the Belle Ring and Sizing Kit is free in the regions listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on carrier and destination. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Returns, cancellation, and faults

Your return and cancellation rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including legal guarantee rights for faulty or misdescribed products.

Belle Care

Belle Care is an optional, non-refundable add-on that starts as soon as your order is placed. By adding Belle Care, you agree it begins immediately and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for Belle Care, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Product information and health disclaimer

We try to keep product information accurate, but minor variations may occur. Belle Ring and related services are wellness and information products and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional for medical concerns.

Website and third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control. Use of Shopify-powered checkout may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy information.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business losses, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country provide you with additional protection.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

These Shopify store terms are adapted from Shopify's template and Belle's existing terms/imprint materials and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
